Clicking username in a thread does not open options

I checked on a new incognito tab on mobile and there also this problem is there. Can other members confirm ?

Yeah, don`t work here either. Win10, Chrome, Laptop, no AdBlocker and all systems updated to latest version. Not working in incognito mode either.

I've just had a chat with IT and they've tracked it down to Cloudflare. Chances are you guys are being security challenged. In a nutshell, Cloudflare has taken exception to something you're using or doing. At some point you'll complete the challenge to it's satisfaction and you will be able to move on.
Since it seems like chrome has been a little weird this last update, this could be why everyone is getting caught up in it. Or at least that's my best guess.
I'll leave this open for awhile longer in case anyone has questions.

Yesterday I reported this issue but it's back now again... it did got resolved out of the blue but has already reappeared.

@PetraAnn is correct. It is a problem with cloudflare as it needs to revalidate users with a new challenge every 15 or 30 minutes. I’m not sure which. Anyway, for some reason the challenge is having to be forced.
Fix -> I clicked on a profile picture to visit a profile, not the username, and for whatever reason that’s forcing the challenge to appear. Everything works normally until the next revalidation.
I’m using safari. I have not tested this on other browsers.
My bet is it’s something to do with some caching setting.

Clicking on the username or the profile picture shows no popup for me as well.
I didn't get cloudflare validations recently, at least not in an unusual manner.

I encountered this problem once a couple of days ago. What resolved it for me was opening the profile URL in a new tab instead of clicking to reveal the profile card, then completing the Cloudflare challenge page. I assumed it was a one-off issue, so I didn’t look into it further.

... not just on mobile; desktop also - but as above member mentioned, just right click on the profile name and open the link in a new tab.
