Hi, as you are aware ebay, Amazon... in compliance to the eu regulations now require small biz owners and entrepreneur to at least provide little document(s) to prove that they have a registered biz within specific eu territory.

the summery of it all is that you need to get your paper work in order for tax deduction/declaration purpose if you are making more or btw $1,000 - $2,500 per month

Thanks

If that cannot be proven, will the account be disabled, sir?

Yeah, that’s correct. If you’re selling consistently in the EU, platforms now require proof of business registration and tax info. It’s mainly for VAT and compliance—so if you’re making $1K–$2.5K monthly, better to register and keep your paperwork clean to avoid issues later.

It depends on what you are selling.@Glory Grace

For instance you donot expect ebay to overlook or close their eyes If,you are selling hot products within the computer/networking and telephone niche where you can easily make $2000 - $3000 within 14 days.

Maybe, they might close their eyes on certain condition whereby a seller is selling generic items like toys, kettle, plate, book .... for less than $5.

Regards
