Where can I buy account with IBAN?

Since I’m unable to create a Stripe account from my country, as well as with many similar platforms, I was wondering if there is a way to legally open a bank account with an IBAN through another provider or service? So I can use that IBAN on Stripe and similar platforms.

If Stripe isn’t available in your country, just opening an IBAN elsewhere usually won’t be enough since Stripe checks for a real business presence in that region. Two clean options are either setting up a company in a Stripe-supported country (like using Stripe Atlas for a US entity, then linking a bank there) or going through a Merchant of Record like Paddle/Lemon Squeezy, which handles payments for you and pays out globally. If you just need something quick, local gateways like Paystack/Wise/Revolut can sometimes work depending on your region, but the fully legal way is to register in a supported country

Thank you for your reply. I'm from Serbia and many payment gateways are not supported in this shiithole country, even my chickens in the backyard have more financial freedom than I do.
