Q: How to make a DoFo trip advisor link?

Someone managed to do a DoFo link on tripadvisor using Notes:

I've did my best to sniff around in JS code and HTML and didn't find the way to put it.

There are some requests that are being sent to trip advisor behind the scenes when Notes are added, but the structure to send a note with a link differs. It uses a unique code in the request to publish it.

Maybe it's easier than I think?
