Facebook directory - personal details for 100 million users

Its on BBC. Its on Front Page of Times of India. Is this list worth to download? Can someone shed some light on this? Can we use this list to for IM purpose? Any inputs would be highly appreciated on the subject.

It is a 2.9GB download.

It doesn't contain anything more than the first name and last name of the person.

It is worthless... media just likes to gossip.

Shit... I took the whole day to download this crap. Any way to use this data? As a couple of people were discussing its also having FB ids of users.
