Instagram, offcourse. I use more instagram than tiktok, as with instagram, we can share stories. And with tiktok, its just reels.
So i would prefer instagram

I use Instagram more mainly because it’s better for building a long-term brand, with features like DMs, stories, and carousels that help with deeper engagement.
But TikTok is great for fast organic reach and virality, so I still use it for top-of-funnel exposure.

Each platform serves a different purpose, so it depends on your goal: branding vs. reach
