One of my smallest, most low-effort niche sites did $2,166.70 in pure profit. Literally no paid ads. no expensive backlink purchases. no drawn out method where you pray and hope it'll ran, just grunt work and a method that always works if you stick with it.

You don’t need a huge team.
You don’t need expensive SEO tools.

What you do need is a niche that prints money quietly while you sleep, and the patience to do the grunt work once, then collect the monthly payouts forever.

…and the best part? This wasn’t even my main focus project lol. Just something I came up with around the start of the year when decluttering some buyer keywords that had less than 100+ monthly searches.

The Method (Explained Simply)​

I didn’t overcomplicate this. Here’s the exact process:


Step 1 – Pick a boring, evergreen niche
Forget crypto, tech, or trending news. I target niches with steady demand all year round, think hobbies, home products, small industries. Boring to most, but profitable forever.


Step 2 – Find low-competition buyer keywords
I use free tools (Google autocomplete, “People Also Ask,” and a bit of Keyword Surfer) to find ultra-specific searches.
Example: Instead of “best fishing rod,” I’d target “best fishing rod for kayak bass fishing under $100.”

Why? Because the search intent is clear, the person is ready to buy. Don't be afraid of keyword volumes under 100, they are still valuable, and even better, no one else targets them even if they're buyer intent.


Step 3 – Build a clean, trustworthy site
No over-designed fluff. Just a fast, simple layout with:

• An easy-to-read homepage
• Category pages for each keyword group
• Comparison tables and call-to-action buttons
• Affiliate links placed naturally within content

You can even do a simple one page website using the Carrd.co website.


Step 4 – Write laser-focused articles
Every article targets one main keyword. I make it 1,200–2,000 words, add subheadings that match related searches, and include affiliate recommendations right where the reader needs them.


Step 5 – Internal linking & basic SEO
Once I have 10–15 posts, I link them together logically. This helps Google crawl faster and boosts rankings naturally without buying links.


Step 6 – Let it age
This is the hardest part for most people, doing nothing.
I give it 3–4 months to settle, and by then, I’ve usually hit page 1 for my chosen keywords if the competition is low enough, sometimes it takes longer but that's okay.

Why This Works in 2025​

Most people either spam AI content and hope for the best, or burn money on ads. Both work short-term, but they crash.

This method survives because:

• The content solves VERY specific problems (I don't create a generic site around a problem, I use AI to write in depth content about a specific pain point)

While doing some keyword research, I found some buyer intent keywords like you mentioned above and a bunch of them say "No results found for [keyword]" when searched in quotes on Google. GKP planner shows most of these KWs are between 100 - 1k. What strategy would you attack these KWs with? Which of the parasites mentioned in your previous posts would you consider the most appropriate for these kinds of zero competition KWs?

Lastly, I'd really appreciate if you could share how you craft and structure your articles with to ensure the content isn't "typical AI spam so as not to trigger Google’s spam radar."
