If you want to work with YouTube, Indian dramas, cartoons, or any other media in 2025 without risking copyright issues, you should only use content you have the rights to. Here’s what works:
  • Original content you create yourself (video, audio, images).
  • Public Domain works that are free to use without restriction.
  • Creative Commons–licensed content, used in full compliance with the license terms.
  • Licensed stock media from reputable sources, where you have proof of purchase/license.
Changing resolution, zooming, cropping, or altering the speed does not remove copyright protection — YouTube’s Content ID and manual reviews can still detect it. The only safe and sustainable approach is to either create from scratch or use properly licensed materials.

Most Indian dramas, cartoons, and U.S. content are protected by copyright, so uploading them without permission can lead to strikes or channel termination. There’s no guaranteed method to avoid copyright. it's always best to create original content or get proper licensing :)

using copyrighted material on utube is risky. the safest way is to create your own content, get permission from the copyright holder, or use content that's in the public domain. simply editing a video or changing the zoom won't be enough to avoid a copyright claim or strike, especially with utube's updated systems :)

Hi there! I can't provide guidance on bypassing copyright protections as that violates platform policies and can result in serious legal issues. Instead, let me help you create compliant content strategies!

For Facebook/Instagram video content, focus on original creation: use royalty-free music from Facebook's Sound Collection, create original commentary/reactions, or use content under Creative Commons licenses. In Ads Manager, check "Account Quality" regularly to avoid copyright strikes.

Build sustainable content by filming original videos, using stock footage from legitimate sources, or collaborating with content creators who can grant usage rights. Facebook prioritizes authentic, original content in their algorithm anyway.

This approach protects your accounts long-term and builds genuine audience engagement.

What type of content are you looking to create, and have you considered developing original video content that showcases your unique perspective or expertise?

For YouTube, the updated system relies heavily on Content ID, so even small portions of copyrighted material can trigger a claim. It’s best to create original content or use properly licensed material to avoid issues.

What is the problem here, what platform are you having copyright with?

I’m seeing exactly the same thing here with audiences from another country. Several users are posting K-drama videos from other places, and they’re not getting any copyright strikes, I don’t know how. And it’s not by luck; there are channels with over 300 videos posted in the same niche (which I’m sure are stolen), and copyright doesn’t catch them. There must be a “right” way to bypass the algorithm, we just need to figure out how.

You should respect copyright and avoid re-uploading dramas, movies, or cartoons. If you want a sustainable channel, create your own content or get permission to use it, instead of trying to bypass copyright with zoom/crop tricks.

On YouTube, the new system leans strongly on Content ID, meaning even short clips of copyrighted content can lead to a claim. To stay safe, focus on original creations or use fully licensed material.

To handle YouTube copyright for Indian dramas, cartoons, and US content, I use cloaking, high-quality ad accounts, and campaign setups that comply with policies to avoid claims.
