If the proxy is rotating, depending on the minimum rotation time, you can use multiple accounts per proxy per day (keep the profiles separated, to not mix the cookies). For example, if the proxy can rotate the IP on each 10 minutes, auto or manual (I recommend manual rotation), you have 6 proxies per hour, so 6 accounts per hour. If your team can handle 24/7, you should be fine.
