Cloaking send different countries to individual websites

Hi, im interested to know which cloaker i can use to filter my traffic by country and send them to links designated for each country.

For example

USA traffic goes to link A
European traffic goes to link B

Would be very happy to get some help!

Any good cloaker does that

But if you're just into geolocation, you don't even need a complete cloaker. I think even cloudflare detects source country and sets the headers.

They probably do crawl the pages for automatic content checks (controversial topics, and so on). Assume they do compare versions, since you could start with a clean page, set the ad, then modify it to be non compliant.
