Does anyone know what the heck google ads wants to pass the Organization advertiser verification.. process? Thanks IN Advance

Depends if it's individual or organization. For individual it's usually just ID or passport image, maybe bank statement or similar

For organisation verification you need business registration certificate or VAT certificate along with Identity card like PP, DL or National ID.

Google Ads has been tightening verification to prevent fraud and improve transparency. You’ll likely need to provide official documents about your business and complete the process in your Google Ads account. Has anyone had recent experience with it?

No such requirement so far as I’m regularly doing verification of accounts.

Required things are already mentioned on comment #4. Also would like to inform you that while doing bulk verification at same time may result in “Circumventing Suspend: Multiple Abuse’.

You're probably referring to business verification. This is difficult for black hats to manipulate, as it's almost a warning from Google that your ads have caught their attention. Fake business verification accounts will be quickly banned.
