To learn more about affliates and gambling and etc, you can head to the "make money section", under forums and post your queries there , you can also learn about cloaking too, there is a dedicated section for that. If you want to collaborate with someone, then you can post your request in want to buy and hire a freelancer section, however before you do that read through the newbie guides and what is allowed for a new member.
