Noticed a small but solid impact from embedding niche-relevant videos into long-form blog content. Pages that were getting 40-50 sec avg. time jumped to 1:30+ after embedding related YouTube vids. Not direct SEO, but might help signals.
They were from other relevant creators on YouTube, not my own videos. I made sure they were high-quality, niche-related, and added real value to the content so visitors stayed engaged longer.
I’ve seen the same. Added YouTube videos to a few blog posts and average time on page went up a lot. Not sure if it directly helps SEO, but longer dwell time can’t hurt.
