Has anyone used AI-generated images in their blog posts?

Hi guys,

Some people seem to be using AI to generate a large number of articles, such as thousands, and I'm curious, these articles also need images, so are these image sources also Ai? I have two questions
1. Are there AI tools that can generate/output text and images at the same time? Preferably, the kind of AI that comes with its own images in the generated text. I mean free AI.
2. Can AI-generated images be indexed? How do search engines treat AI-generated images?
Would you like to share it who have relevant experiences?

I don't think it will be a problem as long as the image is properly optimized according to standard image optimization practices.

If you are patient enough to generate high quality images, manually review it to make sure it's indeed relevant, it could work.

If you just want to automate everything and spam tons of low quality images with wrong text, it's a fast way to make your readers go away.

Honestly, people can tell if the AI image is sloppy or unrealistic, but a well-edited and relevant one blends in fine. Google doesn’t care if it’s AI or not — it cares about quality, relevance, and proper alt text.
