I run solid warehouses in Cali that can do cheap fulfillment + final mile shipping via USPS/Fedex for products under 50 lb. The value prop is that I can save them money on literally very order they ship out to their US customers.
Any suggestions finding these sellers, or JV's with some good channels of outreach? Yea i know reddit but don't want to be too pushy/organic.

Target e‑commerce sellers via LinkedIn, industry Facebook groups, and trade shows, and use cold email with a clear cost‑savings pitch.

One way to reach US-based eCommerce sellers is by targeting Facebook groups or subreddits where store owners hang out. You can also explore email outreach using lead lists filtered by region and niche.

You could try LinkedIn outreach with targeted filters for US ecommerce founders, Shopify groups, or paid ads targeting DTC brands. Have you considered influencer partnerships in the ecommerce tools niche?
