Trading in undocumented products

Hello everyone
I am currently selling unlicensed fillers and botox products. Does anyone know how to ship them to countries that are difficult to clear customs like Saudi Arabia, Oman, etc.? Because I see they are already doing business there, and most of the products come from China, I really don't know how they ship there
Does anyone know how they ship that can explain or help me with this?

I’ve been through this exact issue before when trying to get similar products into KSA and Oman.

What worked for me was finding a reliable export agent based in China who understands how to handle sensitive products and customs clearance in these markets.

They usually know how to label and route things correctly. You might want to explore that direction — it really made a difference for my shipments.

No freight forwarder can guarantee 100% customs clearance, especially for sensitive products — but a good one will know how to minimize the risk through proper labeling and routing.

In case of issues, some offer partial compensation or re-shipment support, depending on the situation and agreement.

In my case, the freight forwarder was introduced by the supplier, so there’s usually some shared responsibility.

If anything gets held by customs, the supplier often offers partial compensation as well, since it’s their recommended shipping route.

Method Explanation Risks
Re-label (label something else like "vitamin" / "gel") The outer shell says "cosmetic sample" or "gel skincare" to avoid scrutiny If checked thoroughly → confiscated
Split package (split into 1–2 boxes, sent personally) Avoid being detected in large shipments, reduce commercial suspicion High cost, easy to delay
Hand-delivered via carry-on luggage (usually internal to the buyer team) Transport as "personal purchase" If detected → may be banned from entering the country
Use a forwarder in UAE/Dubai as a transit point Send goods to Dubai → from there go through the domestic or internal shipping within GCC Easy to "hide" and not be flagged directly from China
Use a delivery route closed: Line Haul / VIP logistic from China Some special logistic units accept gray “medical” shipping

I’ve already been using all of these methods, but with filler products, the package usually contains needles, which are easily detected by scanners. Do you have any way to minimize this issue?
