Hey community! I'm shook seeing sites like PlugCart.net offering premium WordPress plugins (Elementor Pro, WP Rocket, etc.) and SEO tools (SEMrush clones) for 90-95% off retail prices. Examples:

• $200 plugins for $3-5
• "Lifetime" SEMrush alternatives at $15/mo
• Nulled themes with "active licenses"

MY QUESTIONS:
LEGALITY: How is this possible without lawsuits? I know WordPress is GPL, but what about proprietary assets/fonts?
BUSINESS MODEL: Are they just buying one license and nulling/reselling? Where's the catch?
