I'm between every 2 months to sometimes a few days in a row. I make animations, and it depends on the subject or character I'm doing, and if I'm chopping up the final video into shorts.

I'm trying my best dude!! lol If I could churn out the level of quality in a day I expect of myself, I would! but I assume viewers are just glad to see, (mostly get likes) the videos when they appear. (i only get like 11% returning) There is lots of youtube animators, in this niche, so there is no shortage of other new content for the universe building for the particular animation character i'm using.

If you are a celebrity, the audience comes to you because of admiration, humor, learning, sharing experiences,... then posting a video once every 1-2 months is no problem.

If you are not a celebrity, then you should maintain 1-3 posts per week. Remember to post on a fixed schedule, for example, Monday, Wednesday, Friday evenings,... to maintain a habit for viewers.

For long term videos: When start the channel 15-30 videos per month the first 2 months, after that 2-3 weekly.

For short: I start with 1 daily first week, after that I post 2-6 videos daily

depends on the niche but most ppl do 2-3x a week to stay active in the algo. some daily grind it, others do weekly drops but high quality
