BHW login and the support portal login are separate.
Once you create a support ticket, you'll have the option to set a password for the support portal.

BlackHat World Support uses a separate login from the main forum, so your BlackHat World credentials won't automatically work there.

It also looks like you may not have received the registration email or haven't set a password.
