So i want to run facebook ads for a new facebook page, the plane is to post few posts where i give a real value for people in my nich,
and then promote those posts with ads, for three goals:

1 - Getting likes and followers for social proof on my page.

2 - Providing value for people in my niche so they know that i know what im talking about and they can trust me.

3 - I'm planning to start selling my products there so when i launch my sales or lead gen campaign, it would be a bit easier for facebook to determine what audience he should go to, i know people who came from engagement campaigns are not usually people who gonna buy, but it still give facebook good idea who are the audience he should go to he just needs people who buys.

So please exeperts whhat do you think? and what advices you have for me please?

Thank you all amazing BHW community for the amazing help

Your strategy is sound for building a new Facebook page. Don't forget to install the correct Pixel and Conversion API to optimize your data, which will help you achieve good results.

Use ads to promote your quality posts. This will help increase page likes and followers. Make sure to target a specific audience, such as people interested in your niche, to optimize ad performance.

Your plan is on track. Also note:
Don't sell right away, create value first.

Run light ads, regularly every day to avoid account lockout.

Don't worry if you don't have orders right away - you're on the right sustainable strategy.

I’d run video content instead of static posts, way cheaper reach right now

Yes, thats exactly what im gonna do, i post videos and promote those video posts with ads.

This is not entirely accurate. Because users from Facebook advertising campaigns may have a need to buy, although not all have a need. Whether Facebook users want to buy or not depends on many factors such as:
- Is your product attractive, is it suitable for that user? If it is suitable, even if they do not have a need, they will still buy it to use later because of the current promotional and preferential campaign.
- The response and advice of the staff must be quick and create credibility. I see some consultants send very long messages and send messages continuously to pressure users. That is annoying and creates a negative impression on Facebook users.
Therefore, you need to have a reasonable campaign, target the right audience, reputable products, and build a team of professional consultants.

Warming up the page with value posts and engagement ads can help build trust and give Facebook data to optimize later. Just make sure your content speaks directly to your target buyer's pain points. Retargeting warm audiences later will also work better. Keep testing and tweaking based on results.

building content from the beginning will be good for your page later. it will be quite difficult at this stage but when you set your first 1000 followers everything will be different

If you need social proof and want your page to look legit before you start selling, then your strategy is a solid play. Running engagement ads first will get you those likes and comments, making new visitors more likely to trust you when your product ads pop up.

But if you just want to go for sales right away and don't care about a "pretty" page, you can skip the engagement part. Facebook's algorithm is pretty good at finding buyers, even with a brand new page. You just have to be okay with your first sales campaigns having zero likes.

So, it's not a must-do, but it's a great move if you're serious about building a brand people trust.

Warm Up the Page (Day 1–3)

Before running ads:

  1. Add profile photo, cover image, and bio
  2. Post at least 3–5 organic posts (reels, image, article, story)
  3. Invite a few friends (10–50) to like/follow the page
  4. Get some engagement (like, comment) — real or warmed

⚠️ Do NOT run ads right after creating the page. Meta flags this as “inauthentic behavior.”

Solid plan. Warming up the pixel with value posts helps FB learn your niche audience. Just make sure your engagement content matches your future offers. Use lookalike and retargeting later for better ROI. Keep testing creatives and audience segments early.

The workflow is very good, if the first impression of your website is good then you can easily earn big income

So why don't you use Pages that already have a large following and start advertising campaigns, then everything will be much better

That’s a solid approach - starting with value-first content and boosting it to warm up your page is a smart move.
A few tips to consider:
1 .Use engagement campaigns first, but mix them with some page-like objectives if you want to grow followers too.
2.Avoid boosting all posts - focus on the best-performing content to stretch your ad budget and build trust.
3.When you're ready for sales, shift to conversion or lead-gen campaigns targeting warm audiences (page engagers, video viewers, etc.) — they convert better than cold traffic.

You're not just running ads, you're also building a valuable digital asset: a quality community of followers and their behavioral data. It's a really good and pretty smart strategy.
