I’ve seen crypto bloggers getting huge Telegram traffic. Has anyone tried this for mainstream niches? Any engagement or bounce rate issues?

Depends on your niche. It doesn't work well for all niches. Deals/coupon codes, crypto, pirated stuff etc, these niches may perform well.

Imo Telegram can drive traffic if the channel is niche-targeted and active. Works best for loyal audiences. Bounce rate may be high if content isn't well-matched.

i’ve seen a few try it for niches like health and finance, but results seem mixed.
crypto communities are super active on telegram, but for mainstream stuff, engagement can be lower unless the content really clicks with the audience. worth testing though.
