Facebook Ads to Blog Post Review – Need Help

Hey everyone,

I’m running a campaign on Facebook Ads Manager, sending traffic to a product review blog post (fitness related). The ad is active and I’ve already set up the pixel. It’s working fine.

The problem is, my balance is dropping but I’m not getting any leads or even impressions showing up in Ads Manager. Feels like it’s charging me but nothing’s happening.

Is it charging by impressions? How can I switch it to charge per click instead?

Also, is Facebook even the best platform to run this kind of setup? Blog post review to affiliate offer. Or is there a better traffic source I should look into for this kind of funnel?

This depends on the campaign goal you have setup. You choose if you want calls, leads, impressions or sales etc.
You then pick if you want a total campaign budget or one with a daily budget.

You also cannot change campaign goals mid way through. You have to create a whole new campaign.

It looks like your campaign is set to pay for impressions. You can switch to pay per click by choosing “Link Clicks” under Optimization & Delivery in your ad set. Facebook can work, but you could also test Google Search Ads or native platforms like Taboola.

Hey! If you’re not seeing impressions, your ad might not be delivering could be rejection or targeting issues. Also, try switching to “link clicks” instead of impressions (CPM). For blog-to-affiliate funnels, Facebook can work, but native or Google Ads often convert better. Happy to take a quick look if you want! TG: @expert_mind7

Thanks for the inputs, I'm currently also trying CPA Crackrevenue + TrafficStar, looks like a SCAM.... over 700 CLICKS Not 1 SINGLE CONVERSION.

If ur doing paid ads to review site if it's product review I would say Google ads is better. then you can also remarket with display or FB ads. If u do FB ads then make sure to have a good lead magnet to capture emails for funneling after . Good luck

I'm testing two things right now:


1. ClickBank + Facebook Ads
I wrote a review about a ClickBank product on my blog, and I'm running Facebook Ads directly to that specific post.
The problem? It's been over 12 hours and Facebook is showing no impressions, no clicks, nothing at all, yet my balance is decreasing.


2. CPA + Native/Push Ads
I'm also testing CrackRevenue offers with TrafficStars. So far I've received 900+ clicks, with a CTR of 0.36%, and very cheap CPC, but not a single conversion.
According to TrafficStars, I’m already using their best “premium sites.”
So I’m left wondering:

• Am I doing something wrong?
• Is the traffic low quality or bot-heavy?
• Is my landing page the issue, as they suggested?
  
  
  
• My question now is:
  Are these setups still effective?
  Or are methods like these outdated, and now it’s all about email collection and bulk sending instead?
  
  
  Any insights or advice would be really appreciated.

Your ad is set to pay per view. Go into your ad set and switch to click-based billing. You could also try Quora Ads or Reddit Ads for blog traffic.

Make sure to use your own tracking software to monitor clicks and conversions don’t rely solely on the affiliate network’s tracking.

Also, install Hotjar on your landing page. It helps you see how visitors interact with your site, which can give you valuable insights into what’s working and what needs improvement to boost your conversions.

Hey, Yes, for the adult niche I do, I got 3 conversion, but for the click bank product I'm not sure exactly which is the profitable way to do it I would really like one of you guys to give me a HINT, Am I Doing it correctly? FB ADS> BLOG POST Affiliate product or FB ADS > LANDING PAGE?

If you're being charged but not seeing impressions or clicks, check your campaign objective—make sure it's set to Traffic and optimized for link clicks. Facebook can work for this kind of funnel, but sending cold traffic to a blog post with an affiliate link can be hit or miss, so consider testing native ads or Google Ads as well.
