Tiktok flagging email domains

Hey yall

I am trying to get a wildcard email provider to help bypass tiktok ad account detection.
Basically right now I am using simplelogin.com which allows me to create emails like - [email protected].
I want something that allows emails like [email protected] and ideally have those emails forward to my personal Gmail account.
Does anyone know about a service and platform that offers this?
Wildcard subdomains is what I think they're called.

• Improvmx
• Cloudflare Email Routing
• ForwardEmail.net

They let you forward *@sub.domain.com to your Gmail.

I actually tried 2 of those today and they don't seem to support wildcard subdomains. I was told mailcow is a good option but don't have much knowledge around it

I think you are looking for a "catchall", not sure tho.

You could look into ImprovMX or ForwardEmail.net. Both let you set up wildcard email forwarding with custom domains, including subdomains. You’ll need your own domain, then set up DNS (MX + TXT) properly.

Set up a domain like yourdomain.com, then configure a wildcard DNS entry (*.yourdomain.com) and catch-all email routing using a service like:

• ImprovMX – free tier allows forwarding from unlimited aliases (you can try using wildcard subdomains with custom DNS, but not officially supported).
• Mailgun or Postmark – for more control, especially if you host your own catch-all handler with routing logic.
• Cloudflare Email Routing – supports basic catch-all for root domain; may need tricks for subdomains.

You’ll probably need to self-host or script the handling logic if you want true [email protected] control.

• Register your own domain (e.g. yourdomain.com)
• Use a service like:
  
  • ImprovMX – Free + supports wildcards + forwards to Gmail
  • ForwardEmail.net – Open source, catch-all support
  • Cloudflare Email Routing – Free, wildcard subdomain support (beta)

Then just create wildcard subdomains like anyname@*.yourdomain.com → all forward to your Gmail.

Bonus:​

• Use with Gsuite/Zoho for more control
• Rotate subdomains per TikTok account
• Keep TXT/MX records clean so your emails don’t bounce

Same. I tried those. None worked. I'm looking for something that allows random wildcard subdomains. The domain can be the same.
