I received a review copy of hackman design service in exchange for my honest feedback.

Communication with the seller was smooth, and I really appreciated how responsive and timely they were throughout the process. They paid attention to my brief and delivered four variations of the logo.

That said, the results were fell a bit off my expectations . I had shared a clear mockup for inspiration, and while one of the versions came somewhat close, the overall execution didn’t quite hit the mark. As someone with a background in logo design, I noticed the concepts lacked refinement and originality.

In terms of deliverables, I typically expect a set of standard files: transparent background, black and white versions, and a favicon. These weren’t included. Instead, I received a single image with two logo variations, meaning I’d need to crop them manually to use them.

It’s also worth noting that the style suggests the logos may have been generated using AI, which might explain the lack of consistency.

Overall, the seller is reliable and responsive, which is a strong plus. With some improvements in file formatting and more focus on creative alignment, this service has potential to be a solid option.
