to add to your list I would also say historical frequency of backlink acquiring (or link building velocity as it's also called).
In other words, if a domain has not gotten a single link in the first year despite of the site having gotten consistent traffic, but then, all of a sudden, it starts getting 100s of links (especially from sources that google considers spammy) I am pretty sure that google will penalize the site for link building. Or, if not penalize it, at least they will flag it in some way that makes it hard for that domain to rank in the future... or rank well in the future, either one of these...
That's why link velocity is important. And I think the best way to go about it is to simply start building links from week 1 but back the links by traffic to the pages that you're linking to so that it looks natural
