Hi, we have one domain with a beautiful website. However, we want to clone it and setup another website under a different name.

We are using WordPress. What would be the easiet way to clone this website into another domain? Then we could just make updates to it after we clone it like change some pictures and brand name..

I was thinking about exporting the database and downloading all the files through FTP. Then importing the database into the other domain cpanel and upload the files?

Or is there an easier way to do this or better way?

Does WHM have anything where we can just clone the domain (including all files/database and etc)?

The easiest way is to use a WordPress migration plugin like Duplicator or All-in-One WP Migration—they handle files and database together.
WHM can clone full accounts if you have reseller or root access, which is even simpler.
Manual FTP and database export/import works but is more time-consuming and error-prone.

Use a WordPress backup tool to create a full website backup, then restore it using a backup recovery tool.

Best tools are HTTrack , wget, WP all in one Migration

httrack?
wget???

I don't think you understood the initial question.
wget and httrack will give you a static html website. This would normally be fine, but the OP mentioned using WordPress

Yeah, what you’re thinking with FTP and database export/import would work, but it’s a bit manual and can get tricky if you miss something. The easiest way I’ve found is using a WordPress plugin like All-in-One WP Migration or Duplicator. They let you package the whole site, move it to a new domain, and restore it there with just a few clicks. After that, you can update pictures, branding, or anything else.

WHM itself doesn’t really have a one-click WordPress clone feature. You could technically copy the entire account, but using a plugin is usually simpler and safer if you’re just cloning a site for a new domain.
