Brazil is a highly competitive market. I'm in gambling sector since 2022. So, your target FTD cost depends on what kind of player you intend to acquire and which casino.
About the players:
a) Slots Players: Brazil's most famous game is Fortune Tiger, so It's common to pay about $9–10 per FTD (i think a good FTD deal starts at $16/$20 dollars) - But, They don't have a high LTV and it's common for many affiliate networks to invalidate your traffic because your players are not good.
b) Crash/Live Players: Acquiring these players is more expensive than slot players, average FTD is almost $20/$25 dollars, they are very good players, but it`s really dificult to access CPA deals that will pay you $35/40 in Brazil.
About the Casinos:
a) Regulated: Your FTD cost will be higher that the previous numbers that i said. It`s because the KYC elements drops the conversion in almost 25%, so, it`s obviously that your FTD will be higher 25%. But the good thing is you will receive your money, 100% guarantee, because it's a regulated sector.
b) Not Regulated: Your FTD cost could be less than the prices that i said, but you have more risk. They don't have any obligation to pay your commissions.

You would need to check if facebook allows gambling ads; in addition, you would have to check if your country allows gambling ads. Those are 2 things you should look into. We had many users that promote gambling ads on YouTube, and then the channel gets suspended. Just make sure you read the TOS to make sure the account stays safe.

I've been running Facebook ads, so I don't mind sharing my funnel metrics.
Here are my funnels from the last two months:
Ad - Landing Page - Casino/Telegram
Ad — PWA page — Install PWA -> After push notifications, etc.
These are the metrics of two accounts:
Some advice:
1) Brazil is one of the top three or four countries in the gambling market. Many people play and enjoy it. We have music that speaks about famous games. Also, traffic is cheaper than in most countries.
2) There is such competition against the Chinese, who have their own black casinos. Their funnel is simple, and I can explain it later.
3) Brazilians can easily identify if an advertiser is Brazilian or foreign, which directly impacts the FTD cost. The market is so warm, and people really want to play that they don't care if the creative has Portuguese errors. However, the more natural your creative looks and sounds, the more it resembles a famous or native Brazilian speaker, and the better your results will be.
4) Video creatives in Facebook ads often outperform images. It's simple to explain. Your competitors have spent a lot of money on creatives similar to yours, so why would you have better results?
5) Don`t try advertising games that no one know. There are the most famous games: PgSoft Games (fortune tiger, fortune ox, fortune rabbit and etc) + Gates of Olympus/Sweet Bonanza + Aviator)
6) I don`t have good results with Bonus Creatives. Two facts: Players are really shit and your FTD cost will be higher than R$40 if you scale.

My ads on facebook is running, CPP around $ 9-11 (which is high i think)
im using my own creative, and cloak in my landing page, so far my ads still safe and sound

Yes, I think so. It all depends on your affiliate deal and how much your CPA commission is.
Advice 2: There are three markets in Brazil (regular, gray, and black). Chinese people have dominated the black market in Brazil; they spend a lot of money on PWA traffic ads. Ads for PWA download (search the ads library on Facebook for "Tigrinho").
Advice 3: Avoid Portuguese errors, as they will increase your FTD costs.
Advice 4: Video ads are better than image ads on Facebook. I don't know about RichAds or PropellerAds.

I forgot my CPA, but my ROI is around 30% (the account got blocked)
Because brazil is my first T2 country (before, i started in SEA country), and now im back to SEA country to get a profit, then i go back to T2 country again
