China is a manufacturing hub. I see a lot of Chinese-made products selling around me, and they're in huge demand due to their cost-effectiveness.
Try dealing with those products that you can sell to businesses, B2B or B2C, as per your capacity.
If you have no money, JV with manufacturers and sell their product to the world.

If there are many people around you who have some skills they can apply online, but are not out of a job, become a middle man (agency) that sells their work online to people like us here. See what type of work is sought after and find people in China who can perform those tasks at a low enough price and add your markup. You can start by freelancing yourself as well.

But upscale it so when you are near the clubs you look High tech AND you have upscale
merch to sell like roses or candy so guys can give them to their dates

Some of the manufacturers LIE about that
Without DOT certification the Food Truck is DESTROYED at the port by customs
If you could put a package together - Food truck - Container Shipping to USA - Inspection While Manufacturing
including video done by you for the customer - Contract - DOT Paperwork, you might turn it into a good job

Maybe you can become reseller like vpn service, freelancing or affiliate on marketplace.
You need some effort in advance to increase your online reputation
