Delete old publications on page

Hi all,

I have pages on facebook with many years and intended to clean up all publications, especially the old ones (and if possible, delete in mass, quickly without having to select one by one), but the problem is that old publications from previous years, do not appear in Meta Business Suite.

I wonder what I can do.

For older posts not showing in Meta Business Suite, try accessing the Page directly through the classic Facebook interface. From there, use the ‘Manage Posts’ section under Publishing Tools to bulk delete. It’s a bit manual, but faster than one-by-one deletion.

Use Activity Log to view and delete old posts.
Use Facebook Page Manager to quickly delete posts on mobile.
Third-party tools like Publer or SocialBee make managing and deleting old posts easier.

I wouldn’t recommend using any tools for bulk deletion as that can trigger FB ai based checkup on your pages for whether anything is being manipulated or something.

May be use a VA to get everything cleaned up manually.

The best way to delete old Facebook posts in bulk is to use the Activity Log or the Manage Posts feature directly on the Facebook website or app, as Meta Business Suite doesn’t typically show all old posts. You can filter posts by year to easily select and delete (or trash) unwanted content.

go to facebook home page and reset it
