How to go viral on linkedIn?

Do you need hashtags on Linkedin nowadays?
Hashtags on LinkedIn still help, but they’re not as critical as on platforms like Instagram. They can improve your content, especially if you use relevant and niche-specific hashtags 2–5 is ideal

So yes, still use them
just make sure they align with your audience and topic.

Is there any software for LinkedIn which can write on local market fetching from.google

Thank you so much for that information !

I'm still learning a lot about the LinkedIn platform, so I'm wondering whether the algorithm is the same as Facebook's and what kind of material or photo will make me go viral on LinkedIn.
Basically, it is quite similar for you to build your personal brand. It also requires initial steps such as a complete and honest personal profile, gradually posting interactive posts to warm up the account, interacting with experts, channels, groups in your field of expertise.

I not see social media influencers no matter if they are from Twitter, FB, IG, LI, etc,etc... sharing their posts to other groups or making comments to multiple groups. Influencers knowing the content style and format of content (they follow a method) to make their content viral, they not doing commenting daily with others or somethhing.

Most people approach LinkedIn personal branding completely wrong.

They focus on:
• Posting motivational quotes
• Sharing industry news
• Writing "thought leadership" pieces no one reads
• Trying to sound professional

But here's what actually works...

Focus on solving ONE specific problem for ONE specific type of person.

That's it.

The harsh truth?

Nobody cares about your "personal brand."

They care about whether you can help them solve their problems.

So instead of trying to build a brand, try this:

1. Pick the ONE problem you solve best
2. Share specific examples of how you solve it
3. Show actual results (not theory)
4. Write like you talk (drop the corporate speak)

I see people overcomplicate this every single day.

The ones who succeed keep it simple:
Problem → Solution → Results

Everything else is just noise.

LinkedIn's algorithm is quite different from Facebook's. It prioritizes professional insights and genuine engagement. To go viral, aim for high-value, original posts directly related to your industry or career. Share case studies, lessons you've learned, or practical advice. Always use a clear, professional image or a custom graphic that supports your text. Real discussion in the comments is crucial. Focus on quality over just putting out a lot of material.

Only with posting these everey day without sales navigator , how much clients you get every month with that content strategy? 5-6 clients or more ?

Going viral on LinkedIn is more about value and engagement than flashy content.

And you can do this

Post real stories + quick value.
Engage in 1st hour, no outbound links.
Use short text + clear photo.
3–4 posts weekly = best reach.

Your goal should not be go viral, go more "viral" to your target audience not to all b2b people. Do this with daily content 1-2 posts every day, with a good hook or video. Then setup system DM for the people who like and commtent your posts , write daily to influencers in your niche , all with helpful content, do you know the problems of your target audience and you know to solve them? When you offer services in your LI bio then setup whatsapp contact for conversation + a free lead magnet. Your audience will see your content and come to you, they will make comments and likes , they will check your profile. Within time 3-4 months the ball will rolling and you will get more and more traffic and with a good system setup= clients.

For that you not need sales navigator or send out bulk DM every day (the wrong way) and the LI algo will like you.

do creative things and make sure provide rare things that are not get simply.

Watch how top creators on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook manage their presence. Most don’t spend time writing long posts or chatting in groups — their audience naturally comes to them through consistent visibility and strong personal branding.

Yeah and stop doing mass DM , use DM systems to send it automatical to your likers and commenters this is not restrictet and the only legal way to mak ethe algo bot like you and keeps your engagement high, so your followers will buying from you. With mass DM you destroy your reputation.

Happy Friday !

LinkedIn isn’t like Facebook, it pushes content based on early engagement and how relevant it is to your niche, not just likes.
What worked for me was posting simple, relatable stuff then engaging fast in the first hour. Comments matter way more than reactions. Consistency also beats trying to “go viral” once.

Also noticed better reach when using proper ID-verified accounts. Since switching to real verified profiles, posts get pushed more consistently and don’t randomly die. Way smoother for building reach over time.
How get traffic to your site and followers organical fast on Linkedin? Heck, their Linkedin Pulse too not brings you traffic anymore. Too much restrictions using it without their expensisive navogator tool. You can't build up followers and build buyers list quickly on LI compare too IG and Twitter.

LinkedIn's algorithm differs significantly from Facebook's in that it prioritizes professional value and genuine connections over viral entertainment. LinkedIn values the time users spend reading or viewing your content. To stand out in 2026, you should focus on content that shares practical knowledge, lessons learned from mistakes or personal perspectives on your industry. Tell real life stories

Ok, then tell me how I get every month organical 5000 followers like on IG on Linkedin with your valueable content? You must spread a teaser of your value longer post on Li or LI Pulse to multiple groups and you must comment every day 2 big influencers post with your insight comment, otherwiese no one will see your post. Tricky right?

Focus on relatable storytelling, value-driven insights, and posts that spark conversations rather than relying only on photos or trends.

Post good content. Chatgpt content also works good for this.

If you wanna go viral, focus on sharing real experiences, tips, or simple case studies. Start strong (first 2 lines = hook), keep it clean, and ask something at the end so people comment.
Quick tips:
  • Hook matters a lot
  • Story + value works best
  • Keep it easy to read
  • Comments = more reach
  • Reply fast to boost push
