Also my fanvue account got problem of chargeback so i need to create an new acc also i planning to start a new model with better niche.

So for now i only made a team to creat hybrid girls so that way i can use onlyfans with AI girls

Your deleting the fanvue because of a 1 chargeback? Also how are you going to get on Onlyfans. Do you have a model who's account you will use? I don't know how strict OF is with enforcing it but the account needs to be of a real girl then you just make ai content of her.
The Ai model I use on OF barely looks like the girl who owns it... idk how long i'll be able to get away with it.

The texture of the skin and all the clothes is completely off. You will need to figure out how to reduce the lighting. Also you should propably avoid any posters with text as they are dead giveaway

Great work so far on building the concept and putting together a team - that’s no small feat, and it's clear you're putting serious effort into streamlining the process. That said, I do have some concerns about how convincing these synthetic images are from a monetization standpoint. Right now, it's quite hard to believe the AI-generated pictures are the same person as the real girl in the original photo. For example, the lip shape in the real image vs. the AI versions looks noticeably different: it’s a subtle but important detail that fans tend to pick up on quickly (check upper lip!).

Also, even between the two AI-generated images, there are inconsistencies: the eye colour seems to shift, and the shape of the eye corners varies slightly. These differences make it look like two separate people rather than consistent representations of one model. On platforms like OnlyFans or Fanvue, where trust and authenticity matter (even in niche fantasies), this kind of inconsistency can break immersion and make subscribers skeptical.

Most paying customers aren’t just looking for hot content — they want a believable persona to engage with. If the visuals don’t hold up under closer inspection, conversion rates and retention might suffer, no matter how good the marketing is.

So while the technical side is impressive, I’d suggest focusing more on refining consistency across generations - same facial structure, skin texture, lighting, and small features like lips and eyes — before scaling. i've been in this industry since march with a few months taken off in between. my experience, this business is very slow. you will not see quick results at the beginning, no matter what you do. you basically have to post consistently on a daily basis and after 1-2 months that is when you see your first earning. i don't think it's possible to get around having to work for free at the beginning. so, you have to be prepared to work for free for some time

i've done so, worked for free for 1.5 months, then finally stopped because i was seeing zero revenue. then 1.5 months later i randomly made 1 subscriber so i earned $7.20. i started posting a bit again and as expected i am getting a handful of likes and comments on pictures, and of course 0 subscribers and 0 revenue

my best advice is to see this as a hobby and don't see this as business to make money. you can use AI to generate pics of attractive women that are appealing to you and then post them, almost like showcase your "work" and create like a catalogue. you should not expect to make any money from this. that is how i intrepret this anyway. anyone who says they will tackle this hard and want to see this as a business right from the beginning is lying to you. it's practically impossible to earn at the beginning, no shot. you will be a ghost for a long time on instagram and twitter, no one will know you or know of you. which is why i recommend just viewing this as a hobby and a place to post your AI pictures

One of these photos is taken with a professional camera. One of these is 100% Ai generated. Can you tell the difference? This is also without any extra editing/effects.

Although yes, getting the face to look realistic is the hardest part. It's why I actually run my Ai model faceless. I've had OF models that did $20k + per month while faceless. Some faceless models make $100k+/MO so its not a big problem.

There are ways to get quick results, I'm a couple days in with my Ai model and i've made $300. Although I've been in the OF game for years now. So I know all the little tricks that speed things up and how to get income fast.

Dating apps will give you immediate traffic. Have a strong instagram that looks very realistic. Use very realistic photos for dating apps. Upsell with good chatting. Thats all pretty much.

yes, that works and is a method, if one wishes go pursue this route. i will say that on dating apps you will run into many road blocks. getting banned, blocked, disabled, etc. even making fake girl accounts on there is difficult with the amount of verification that is needed to be passed these days. and also, converting the men on the app into paying customers is a process in itself

The entire business model of Ai Girls is to trick people into thinking the model is a real girl. Its what 99% of people who talk about Ai go for so I'm just telling you what most people want to hear.
And yes of course, many roadblocks and bans but I was giving you a method to see results quick. Not something easy. If you want something easy just post 1 Ai generated video a day on as many tiktoks and IG as possible.

I do think there is an untapped niche of people not trying to trick but letting everybody know the model is Ai. Then you chat with customers who ask for specific Ai requests etc.

Faceless is really a great move also for this if a gan asked you for full picture what u gonna do? Also can you do just by body on fanvue?

You just say your shy and don't want friends and family finding out about this so you hide your identity. You also write a similar thing in bio. It actually keeps the girl mysterious and alluring. When you build connection with fans you can have them send big $ for pictures with face. It will make them feel special. Yes you can do the same on fanvue.
