Also, reply to EVERY comment early on. YouTube’s algo loves back-and-forth convos. Even a single emoji counts.

That’s a smart tweak! Framing questions in a more direct, binary way really does push people to react. And yeah, replying fast makes a big difference too. Simple but super effective.
