Yes, when I search for the main title and subtitle of the website together, my website is found, but when I search for the main title alone, my website is not found.

Its possible your site is too new or not indexed yet. The "Google Sandbox" effect can delay rankings. Make sure yout site is indexed, submit it to Search Console, build some quality backlinks and stay consistent with content updates.
