i have site that it was 23spam score but it is doing well

Hello sir!
20% isn’t bad, but watch it
mix in quality links to stay safe.
Great!

Nope, I have seen Ranking sites that had over 40% SS :anyway:

Have you seen any correlation between Spam Score and ranking? You'll see domains dominating with huge SS values. Any successful site will pick up flotsam and jetsam spam links simply for having ranks and being scraped, or people trying to sell linking services by linking to them from their farms, or people adding 'authority links' to their gsa links, or many other reasons. Third party metrics are generally not worth concentrating on.

20% is okay. Rather than building links from general PBNs, stick to niche or dedicated ones, so you can reduce the spam relatively. Always keep an eye on your link profile.

It is yet not too much but be very careful with further services. Discuss about spam score impact from sellers in advance in future. If spam score is too much, it is a concerning thing but 20% is not too much.

If you have started seeing such high spam scores, then you should definitely reconsider your SEO strategy and perhaps switch to white-hat SEO methods instead of relying on PBNs. While PBNs may provide short-term results, they are not a long-term strategy and can be risky for your site in the long run.
Have you tried tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to check your backlinks?
