How much do you sleep?

6–7 hours a day:
Coding... eating... sleeping...
Repeat until I become part of the matrix.

I sleep like 2-3 hours and I am good to go
This has been my life this week

It's amazing how the body adapts to things like this and it's almost a norm now :)

7-8h sometimes 4-6h depends on the workflow and time zone based issues

That's wild! 2-3 hours sounds intense - glad you're managing, but hope you can get back to 6-8 soon. Long-term sleep is important!

Idk how you guys function on 3-6 hours of sleep. When I was 15 - 23 I needed like 10-12 hours of sleep or I couldnt function. Im 27 now and I seem to do best with 8-10 hours.

Please do.... Get me that caffeine boost :D

I need it to push beyond human limits. Maybe I’m actually immortal.

One way to find out...

2 days, I don't even know who's replaying to this tread.

Blocks of about 5 hours if I go to sleep by 23:00. I always seem to wake up with little ability to go back to sleep at 3am.

Then, I'll take a 2 hour sleep period, or go to sleep very early the following day (about 21:30). Then, I'll wake up at 2am, ready to tackle the day.

There's a term for this. It's called biphasic or polyphasic sleep.

Yeah, this is what happens when you started doing CPA campaigns around MMA fights at 0100am many years ago when autoblogging was cutting edge.

My body's got an internal clock or something, it wakes up automatically after 6-7 hours. No matter how hard I try to sleep more, I just can't.
