How Reddit's ban evasion system works

I want to share some information..

Reddit tracks your mouse/touch movement, to detect if you are acting like a bot, they also have a database, a list for how people who were banned before act when they create new accounts.

Reddit knows some of the behaviors ban evaders do, and they deploy extra scrutiny if they suspect such behavior.

Another one is they check your IP address, and how many accounts were used/created using this IP address.

Also, Reddit Filters kick in if your behavior does not match the standard user may do.

well they use google recaptcha v3 enterprise
they do not track the mouse google recaptcha does. i have tested whole reddit site, i tested each and every js by reddit. they do not log every mouse movement this is absurd. you really think they track mouse for almost every user ?

on the shadowban sub, its been non-stop post(i created an account and it was shadowban asap), aside from the ones that are ban evading.

i switched from a brave browser to a browser that is uncommon, fennec on mobile so they saw that as suspicious and immediately shadowban, after they forced a password change. so brave was hiding the browser fingerprint the whole time.

The shadowban is what makes reddit system smart.

They'll let you believe your account is working and let you do actions, but nothing is actually recording - including upvotes. If you go back and reload it, your upvotes didn't get registered.

They're using AI to real-time analyze user behavior. One of my accounts got flagged as a bot by the system and it started banning the account on multiple high-profile subs, hours later it counter-acted and unbanned it. It was all happening automatically across and it identified itself as false AI flag.

They subcontracted their anti spam to google.
Maybe building trust on google first (by visiting websites first, eating plenty of cookies) would make your profile more legit, then registering a reddit account would be more effective. Just an hypothesis, not into reddit right now.
