I want to hire someone who can remove a listing of a business who is using a brand name of a reputed company in their listing to gain brand keyword traffic. They are not original brand but using a big brand name and pretending to be a brand.

A competitor i guess, i do not think it is morally right to try to bring a competitors business down with methods like this but try posting in the HAF section, you may find someone to hire.
