this section is usually used for criticism or suggestion, but positive feedback is also allowed, just sharing my satisfaction with this situation, this scammer was banned on saturday (just realized it today, sorry), before any dispute, mods took action and potential victims were protected by forum rules, appreciate the clever investigation behind the scenes, great job

I've seen at least 10 other clone accounts like this one with my own eyes. Each one of them is posting flood comments on other sellers' sales posts. And there's more. They're posting negative and damaging comments on the sales posts of individual sellers like me.

Thank you for the kind feedback. It may not look like it since we ban off facts, not gut feelings, but we work pretty hard to try to keep the scammers, spammers, and fraudsters off the forum. It's always nice when the sun, moon and stars align and we can react sooner than later.
