This seller is legit. It took several days but his communication was open and delivered in the end. Would not hesitate to get any more profiles from him. Will update in a few days to make sure profile sticks but so far I've made updates and no suspension yet. I have not touched the title, website though so you're at your own risk if you do that after he verifies the profile. Thanks @justforsemrush!

Hi, I would like to get a GMB for a lead gen/rank and rent site in Texas, US. I have the EMD and consistent NAP on my website pages. Can't do video verification because I don't have a physical address/office. I'm currently using a shared office space as the physical address on my website and all citations.

I purposely gave this guy the hardest suspended GMBs I had. Not only was he able to bring them back from the dead but the hundreds of reviews came back with them. I have no idea how long they will stay up for, but just the fact they are back alive, with physical address and all their reviews is amazing. I’m in a super tough category with competitors who actively flag even “real” listings. Highly recommend getting this guy on your side as like they said “if you can’t beat em join em”
