We discontinued our Linux services and now we only sell Windows VPS's and Offshore cPanel Webhosting.

We have around the clock ticket support and almost 100% uptime on all of our Windows VPS's. Our datacenters are in KC Kansas with multi-line connections for redundancy of our connections.

Our focus on mailing, it is mostly geared to people that run automated programs and need a 24/7 internet connection.

Yes, you can run Java apps on the server, along with any file you can run on a home computer.

If we receive complaints then we will know you are spamming. So if we get a complaint your account could be suspended or terminated depending on the severity of the complaints.

a) Are you OS 64 bit or 32 bit?
b) Only window 2003 and xp, no window server 2008, right?
c) Can I connect to your server through remote desktop?
d) Will I get Administrator access?
e) Can I install .net framework 3.5 sp1 and IE 8 in your server?

You could get our Offshore cPanel web hosting and that would do the trick, since cPanel is a lot easier to learn as a newbie, then setting up hosting on a Windows VPS.

I am expecting to have 4G disc space, but after I firstly logged in your computer and windows prompt me that it needs to update. Then, during the update process, Windows prompt me that the disc is running out of space.

When I tried to run a program in your server, not saying the slow loading speed, I encountered lot of errors, I have no problem running the program in other computer, I am pretty sure your Windows XP has issues with .net framework 3.5, please check it out.

I can essentially do nothing with your VPS. Enough for me to waste more time playing with your VPS. money back please.

Please submit a ticket to service about your Windows Update issues as this is a sales pages that our sales department monitors and not our techs. We have a lot of clients running .Net 3.5 for a multitude of programs. You can have a tech install it for you. As for refunds for our VPS service, we don't offer refunds due to the manual set up process. We offered you a free harddrive upgrade for sincerity.
