You can upgrade to jrvip here and sell them, but non pva accounts get locked quickly after few days, you can sell them cheap as short term Gmail accounts

Hello!!! You should scale up your production by hiring people who will work for half the amount you do. Look for performers on freelance exchanges in Eastern Europe or Asia

But also (I'm not expert in these accounts) can't you consider make them aged and sell them later (after 1 year for example), that will add a bit of profit, instead of selling them in cents.

Find other marketplace to sell them, also you seem to be creating them manually, do you use mobile phone?
