Should I sell a site making $30/month ?

I create a microniche site 3 months back. It is now making $30/month from adsense with no work. It made $10 in first month, $25 in the second and $30 so far in this month. Site ranks top 1 and 2 for 3-4 keywords I SEOed on

Sure you can sell it. You can get around $250-300 for it at flippa but don't expect to sell it for that much at DP.

I was expecting something near $500 .. Can I get that much ? CPC is around $3 for the keyword. I have only managed to get $1 for a click max though..

Since it's been earning for 3 months and the earnings have increased.

You won't get 500 with such a short history of earnings. I'd say if you get 300 you should be happy.

Get the interest going by having a good sales pitch and offering some extras like free host and some more backlinks. Have bin like $499 and who knows you might end up with a BIN buyer.

I had once seen where the site was earning $80 per month through adsense for 5 months and it was sold for $3500

I have another question, I have a site integrated with cpa l * a d and its keyword is ranking top5 on google. I'm getting 100+ UVs each day. Making $10+ each day.

How much should the site sell for ?

Recent Micro-niche websites earning around $30 have been reaching over $500 per sale. Micro-niche sites are very hot on Flippa right now. I am not fond of small transactions but you can easily make $500 off of it if I can make $1100.00 on a site that has no earnings and is only 2 weeks old.

Micro niche sites are hot at the moment but only with a history of earnings. It is common for an adsense site over a year old to go for 24x av monthly profits but not if the site is quite new and not consistent.

Ok, I'll keep the site to myself for next 3-4 months and after that, will sell it.

My suggestion is to hold it and then sell as right now you can expect 10x earnings, but with good earnings reports and history you can expect 30x earnings on AdSense sites.

Think about it what would you give for a site earning 30$ a month . If its nicely increasing each month then you should sell it once you reach like 100$ a month then you could prob ask around 10x to 12x if your lucky. Its just what a crazy person is willing to give for it at that moment.
