Are the backlinks permanent?

We don't guarantee permanent links (most will be permanent though), but since we post comments that are most relevant to the blog, the links are long lasting.

imcool, Just a quick question.
How many Outbound links (other's comments) you have on average on these blogs?

Most of the blogs have less number of outbound links. Only a few have more outbound links. Thanks
