Method to bypass “age-restriction” shadow ban?

Hello everyone,

I have found out through numerous tests that for some reason Twitter classifies posts as age-restricted and thus excludes them from the search and no longer shows them to members who do not have a date of birth in their account.

I have done some tests and found out the following (this is purely about tweets that are absolutely clean and are only classified as such due to activity):

- Too many comments at once = age-restriction
- SMM likes and comments = age restriction
- It is also independent of the content, I have pushed a 2 day old tweet with smm (likes, comments) = age resitrction
- TG groups for comments, likes and retweets = age restriction

So it is a kind of shadow ban that is not declared as such.

Is there any information you can share on this?

The fact is that such posts do not appear in the hashtag search for everyone.

If I'm on the completely wrong track, please enlighten me. But obviously Twitter is using unwanted behavior by arbitrarily age-restricting posts.

Thanks and regards

Thats what I mean:

Age-restricted adult content. This content might not be appropriate for everyone. To view this media, you’ll need to add your birthdate to your profile. X also uses your age to show more relevant content, including ads, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Learn more

TBH, I don't get this age restriction thing. I have seen some accounts hit with it (or something like it) but on the other hand, there are accounts that get away with much more NSFW content. Gonna have to look more into this.

I did a few more tests, its really depends on the services I buy. I have one account without birthdate in the profile and I cannot see all age-restricted tweets and all these tweets are also invisible in the search (also for accounts with birthdate in the profile).

Its a mess.

So If someone has the same issue, please lets collect ideas to learn from each other.

Due to local laws, we are temporarily restricting access to this content until X estimates your age. Learn more

It appears that the issue has been partially resolved. The posts are now visible once you have entered your date of birth. No further age verification is required.
