I was wondering what actually happens if someone doesn’t pay off their Meta (Facebook) credit line or delays payment for more than six months after receiving an invoice. Do they just suspend your ad account, or can they take legal action? Has anyone experienced this firsthand?

Have you had any legal calls yet, what country are you in? I think there will be no problem, just your account will be frozen and your profile will be very difficult to cooperate with Meta again in the future. I think so!

They dont do anything. It will be advisable that you dont use an account you dont really value to get the line credit.

Hello, we have similar situation, due to meta algorithm and all this shit what is going on. Our business in on way to collapse. We have credit line of 250k, but own only around 120k, is there any news about your case? We are alas from Europe, and I am a little bit worried about this debt, but I do not have money to pay full amount. Thank you in advance for sharing your update

Long delay in payment - Meta will decide to block that account

Meta will usually suspend your ad account and block any new campaigns if you delay payment. If it's a personal account and the amount isn’t huge, they rarely take legal action — just debt reminders and account restrictions.
