I have a sufficient number of active female email lists, and they often shop online. I send 2,000 free emails every day from the email tool, but it seems that not many emails are opened. There are only three orders in three or four months. Is there a difference in the delivery rate between the free and paid emails in the email tool? I want to know this.

Do you tracj your open rate, click rate...?

What are you using to send?

What's the source of this list?

The list was exported from my other store. I used many mainstream email sending platforms, but the results were the same. Many of them could not be sent to the user's inbox. The only difference was that I did not pay. I just wanted to know that if I paid for it and the effect was the same, then I would not pay.

Your emails might not even arrive.

If your shop is legit, just go to MailChimp or any other big ESP and start uploading your list.

In case it's more like not so legit... try to verify your list first with something like zerobounce.

Thanks, every email address is left by my real female customers, so it is absolutely legal.

- Get you list clean with email validation service
- Email template should be responsive and catchy
- Warm up your smtp or setting with delay

Ang yes, free tools can work too, but they usually cap your potential. Upgrading to a better sender infrastructure will likely give you a big lift in open rates and orders

Yes, there’s a big difference. Free email tools usually have lower deliverability — they often land in spam or promo tabs. Paid tools (like MailerLite, Brevo, etc.) have better sender reputation, warm IPs, and higher inbox rates. If your list is solid, switching to a paid sender can make a huge impact.

You need a serious paid email tool, free is free for a reason and may lack proper maintenance and support as to deliverability. It doesn’t matter how many emails you’re sending per month.

Also check how clean your list is.

I am surprised to see that no one is discussing the quality of the products, importance of relevant headlines and than whether a warmed up email accounts were used or not !

As Alex Hermozi says, product sells itself if it’s presented to someone looking for it. Email is just a way of contact and not the whole mechanism behind sales.

ESPs do not care if you buy a free account or a paid account. Their effort is to provide you with good services and make you their paid client or a bigger client.

In your case, I believe you need to check these points.
1. Email list
2. Product you are selling
3. Catchy subject line
4. Time of your email sending.
5. SPF, DMARC, DKIM

Tried and tested — still profitable when done smart.
It’s all about list quality and sender setup now. Cold lists? You need proper warm-up, rotation, and a clean funnel. Even a great offer won’t matter if your emails land in spam.

Also, personalize where you can — even small tweaks boost CTRs.

What niche are you targeting?

If your subscribers have opted in, you should be seeing good open rates. Are you sending emails from the same domain they signed up through? If not, switch to that domain—it can significantly improve your results

Yes, there’s often a difference. Free email tools usually have lower deliverability rates — more emails go to spam or promotions folders. Paid tools typically offer better sender reputation, authentication (DKIM, SPF), and IP warming, which improves inbox placement and open rates. Upgrading can help.

You need to warm up your email before using it, for example with instantly ai , then the delivery rate will be higher and you should get more results if the offer you will offer them is good

Think what woman need, attract quickly and set the subject lines. Myself look for better deals.

Free tools usually land in spam. To get better inboxing and more sales, use a paid tool, set up domain authentication, clean your list, and warm up properly.

Yes, paid email tools generally offer better deliverability because of their IP reputation and dedicated infrastructure. Free services often use shared IPs that can get flagged easily.

but it seems that not many emails are opened
Email opening tracking has been irrelevant for years. This is due to email clients that protect privacy. Depending on the method used, they will either cause false positives or false negatives. But generally false negatives.

It depends on which free tools and which paid tools we're talking about. But the reasons why deliverability drops can come from a lot of factors. Yes, the cheaper or freer your tool is, the more likely it is to fail to avoid even one factor that automatically kills your deliverability. Since I saw that you transferred your list from an old site, the fact that you may be sending from a new domain and/or a cold server may play a role.
