I want to play it right and get steady income, how hard is for me to reach this point?

I use vidiQ and chatgpt for the best title based on videos I upload and make sure my thumbnails are standing out, high quality, and have minimum text on it so I give viewers a reason to click. Youtube without fail have been recommending all of my videos following this method and got my first $800 payout on a new channel I monetized in May

I just checked and the feature looked different from my last time I was approed to monetization, how can I enable monetization on each video and choose which ads to show?
In the past I could enable it easily, now I don't find the option, is it on "EARN" tab on the left?

Is not a niche but the channel name is about "Videos that has never been seen around", so is already clickbating by the title.

When you click on the videos tab, you should see the $ sign is grey by default, manually check each is green by turning it on and then you can choose how many ads to place in each video
