Is messaging my own accounts considered warmup?

Does it carry same weight if I then respond to those accounts(high response rate, pulling out of hidden folder) or its better to message random people accounts see on FYP?

I wanted to know whether if those accounts message each other and respond to each other will have any positive effect

I had that assumption because that's how email warmup works for the most part. Accounts inside a 'bubble' messaging and pulling each other out of spam inbox

Make sure to have the accounts message from different IP addresses. That will help keep the accounts from getting linked, and it will help warmup the accounts.

Replying to people who already interacted with you is better. It builds trust and keeps your account healthy. Cold messaging random FYP accounts can work but feels more spammy and risky.

Nope it doesnt at all, Real warmup is in what a real human would naturally do and just mimic that.

I think you miss-understood what I was asking.

Real humans message friends. The point that Im trying to make here is... If we message people and they respond(because they are my other accounts in the sequence) will instagram look at that favourably because people are responding to what I send. Again. Im using the logic we use while warming up our email inboxes. I will be split testing that just curious if people had already tried it
