Spoiler: it wasn’t luck.
When I first started in this space, I was terrified of landing “big” clients.
Not because I didn’t want the money but because I was scared of messing up. Scared of scaling wrong. Scared of burning ad accounts, blowing budgets, and looking like an amateur in front of serious spenders.
Back then, $500/day felt like my ceiling. I kept things small and “safe” because I thought scale would expose all the flaws in my setup. And I wasn’t entirely wrong, it did.
But here’s what I’ve learned: Every time I failed at scaling, I wasn’t just losing money — I was building structure.
Structure in how I test creatives, how I prep accounts, how I time my scaling phases and how I communicate with clients and manage their expectations.
It wasn’t one big lucky win that changed everything.
It was dozens of failed attempts that forced me to rebuild my system over and over, tighter, cleaner, more scalable.
Now I’m confidently running campaigns at $10K/day. Not because the campaigns are wildly different, but because the foundation is.
Scaling isn’t magic. It’s just structure.
You can’t brute-force your way through it, and you can’t “hope” your way up the ladder.
Just wanted to share this for anyone who's currently stuck at $500/day and thinking that maybe this is their limit. It’s not.
Would love to hear from others who went through that transition
What was the biggest shift that unlocked your next level?
