how to create a rotary mobile proxy farm ?

Hello friends I hope you are doing well, in one of the previous threads I asked a question about advanced traffic for gmb, and I got several ideas such as geo localized traffic, google maps, I started to make my planning scheme to carry out the bot for advanced gmb traffic and I realized that I need residential mobile proxies and with the support of my board we have decided to create our own mobile proxy farm.

But for that I need to learn a lot about the subject, first I started researching which are some of the providers that offer mobile proxy services, but one in particular caught my attention, calle Xproxy, This is a service where we are sold all the tools to create our own mobile proxy farm, it provides us with the physical tools as well as the modems and software to administer and manage our proxies.

My idea is to create my own rotating mobile proxy farm from my office, but I have some questions that I would like to ask before starting with this project,

first I researched what are the most important elements I need to create my farm, according to what I researched these elements are required for the hardware

1. Do I really need all these elements to create my proxy farm?

All the guys in my SEO Mastermind who have a Mobile Proxy Farm setup is from Proxidize. I've looked into Xproxy, but i don't know anybody who has successfully used this and i'd be afraid to buy all the hardware and it not work.
I personally only have 1 mobile proxy with a T-mobile 5g business modem. I have a python script that logs into the router every 30 minutes and resets the IP. It takes 1 minute and 30 seconds to reboot vs 15-20 seconds on a dongle. 60 bux a month for the modem and service.
Technically you could get a cheap server with a bunch of NIC cards and modems and build your own.

I'm interested in esims for programmatic messaging and sms. Do you think it can be used that way?

I think you still need a physical modem to transfer the data. Whether you could get a modem that could handle multiple different numbers at once with esims, that would be interesting.

Yes that's right. From our experience, you still need a physical device even if you use ESIM. There are some devices out there that claim to support a small number of ESIM but they're far and few between. And you still face IP assignment aggregation issues because of NAT from mobile carriers AFAIK for ESIM as well as physical SIM if trying to build a farm.

Also rotating IPs requires turning the modem off between 15-90 seconds , creating an actual "rotary" mobile proxy farm is very tough because of the downtime.
Additionally, you will likely get similar / same IPs after rotating enough times, probably 300-500 unique IPs unless you can get connection from other cell towers

Yes, if you want to work with USB modems.
If you decide to choose creating proxies with Android phones, then you won't need any equipment: just any Android phone + SIM card with mobile internet.

2. Is it more feasible (cheaper) to buy all the elements in some packages that offer different platform?

I think it will be a bit easier to buy a complete kit from the provider whose software you plan to use. At minimum, this will give you the right to demand stable operation from them if something goes wrong, and setup and configuration can indeed be quite complex for modems.

3. can I create my own software to manage my mobile proxy farm?

Yes, that's a normal approach if you know programming / have access to a good networking specialist. You can partially use open source tools. Just need to consider that this will require not only initial investment for development and configuration, but also regular expenses for maintaining this infrastructure.

4. Are there any threads in this forum to guide me to complete my project?

Depends on your setup choice. Your own proxies will always be much cheaper and higher quality. Plus you'll be 100% sure about IP cleanliness.
